FOCUS Helps Floor Care Company SHINE

A well-known floor care company was losing market share at every turn. They tried everything to get it back – from operational cost cutting to consumer price slashing. Nothing was working. FOCUS helped the organization apply fresh thinking to re-focus energies on more innovative and marketable customer floor care solutions.
