Great meetings don’t happen by accident. Getting the most from your team and the time you are investing takes clear vision, solid design and great facilitation.
Working together, we will define the meeting purpose, objectives and deliverables, and establish who should be at the table.
Once the meeting framework is established, FOCUS facilitators will create the meeting package and prework, conduct a pre-meeting orientation with the team and manage the site logistics – so you don’t have to.
Our role in the meeting is to facilitate – allowing you to both lead the meeting and engage with the rest of your team without worrying about the agenda, the site arrangements, the schedule, or any other potential distractions. You can focus on the meeting, knowing that FOCUS is looking after all of the details, managing the flow of conversation and keeping the team on track.
Once the meeting is complete, and the follow-up action plan is established, FOCUS will document the results and provide a report for you and the rest of your team. This ensures nothing important is forgotten and that commitments made during the meeting do not fall by the wayside.
